By registering for this course, you agree to Sunnyteens Academy’s terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not register for the course.

The intellectual property rights of the course belong to the lecturer or their legal rights holders. No commercial use is allowed in any form without permission.

The fee for the CBT Online Course must be paid in full at the time of registration. You are responsible for the payment, even if the Fee is being paid by a third party. As a knowledge-based product, CBT Behavioral Cognitive Therapy for Parents course is non-refundable once sold. Please carefully consider before making a payment.

Technology Requirements
This online course is conducted through the Zoom platform. You may choose to communicate with the trainer and submit assignments via Sunnyteens website (Kajabi platform), email or WeChat. When you choose to use WeChat to submit assignments or communicate with other students, you will bear the risk of information leakage that is not caused by Sunnyteens Academy. Participating in the course requires you to ensure that you have the proper hardware and software, as well as Wi-Fi access. During the weekly course period, please ensure that your network connection can have stable access to Zoom.
每当我们得知或观察到，或者合理怀疑，有孩子有可能成为儿童虐待或疏忽的受害者，我们有责任可能需要向警察局或者县有关部门报告。此外，如果我们知道一个孩子正在遭受精神痛苦或他们的情感状态受到威胁，我们也可能会向以上机关报告。
Whenever we have knowledge or observe a child, or reasonably suspect, has been the victim of child abuse or neglect, we may be responsible to report to police department, county probation department, or county welfare department. Also, if we have knowledge of a child being subjected to mental suffering or their emotional wellbeing is endangered, we may also report.

Whenever we have observed or have knowledge of an incident that reasonably appears or be physical abuse, abandonment, abduction, isolation, financial abuse, or neglect of an elder or dependent adult, we need to report the known or suspected abuse immediately to the local ombudsman or local law enforcement.

We truly respect your privacy. This privacy policy applies to CBT online course through Sunnyteens Academy. It tells our customers what to expect when attending this course and what their rights are concerning of their personal information. The security of customers’ privacy is very important for us. we reserve to right to review and update this privacy policy if necessary.
