参加本课程即表示您（作为未成年学员的监护人）已阅读、理解并同意以下所有条款和条件。如您不同意，请勿为孩子报名本课程。

1. 课程性质说明
本课程为基于CBT（认知行为疗法）和DBT（辩证行为疗法）的心理技能训练课程，旨在提升青少年的情绪调节能力、认知灵活性与心理韧性。

本课程不能替代专业心理咨询或精神科评估。如您的孩子存在明显心理困扰（如抑郁、焦虑等），建议在上课基础上，及时寻求一对一专业帮助。

本课程不适用于紧急心理危机干预。如您的孩子存在自杀风险或其他危及生命的紧急情况，请立即前往当地急诊室或拨打911（美国）、120（中国）。

2. 付款与退款政策
本课程为知识付费产品，报名需一次性全额支付。课程开始前7天以上申请退款，可全额退款；课程开始前7天内申请退款，可退还50%；课程一旦开始，不予退款。


3. 课程参与与访问
课程通过Zoom直播进行，并提供回放，上传至学习平台（www.sunnyteens.com），每节课回放有效期为一个月。仅限报名学员本人参与课程及使用学习资源，严禁将Zoom链接或学习账号分享给他人。


4. 知识产权
本课程所有内容均受版权保护，版权归Sunnyteens Academy或其授权方所有。未经许可，严禁录音、录像、截图、传播、转售或以任何形式使用课程内容。如有违反，Sunnyteens Academy将保留追究法律责任的权利。


5 隐私与肖像权保护
我们尊重并保护所有学员的隐私。课程中请勿截屏、录制或传播包含其他学员姓名、头像或发言的内容。

在不涉及个人身份识别的前提下，我们可能使用课堂讨论、作业或反馈中的匿名信息用于课程优化、培训或研究。

课程中鼓励学员参与互动，可自行选择是否开启摄像头。

如发生侵犯他人隐私或肖像权的行为，相关责任由行为人自行承担。


6. 学员行为规范
为保障课堂环境，学员需遵守基本行为规范，包括尊重他人、不进行攻击性言论、不干扰课堂秩序。如出现严重不当行为，Sunnyteens Academy有权终止其参与资格，且不予退款。


7. 作业与练习
课程将包含课后练习，鼓励孩子在日常生活中应用所学技能，并参与课堂回顾与讨论。


8. 技术与不可抗力
学员需自行确保具备稳定的网络和设备条件。因技术问题或不可抗力导致的课程中断或信息损失，Sunnyteens Academy不承担责任。


9. 责任限制
在法律允许范围内，Sunnyteens Academy不对因参与本课程产生的任何直接或间接后果承担责任。家长需对孩子的心理健康状态负责，并在必要时寻求专业帮助。


10. 条款更新
Sunnyteens Academy保留对本条款进行修改和更新的权利。


Terms and Conditions (For Parents of Participants Aged 14–17)
By enrolling your child in this course, you (as the parent or legal guardian) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not register your child.

1. Disclaimer
This course is a psychological skills training program designed to help adolescents improve emotional regulation and psychological resilience. It does not constitute psychotherapy, medical treatment, or individualized mental health services.

This course is not a substitute for professional mental health services. If your child is experiencing significant psychological distress (e.g., depression, self-harm), we strongly recommend seeking individualized professional support.

This course is not suitable for emergency mental health situations. If your child is at risk of self-harm or in crisis, please contact local emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.


2. Parental Responsibility
As a parent or legal guardian, you are responsible for determining whether this course is appropriate for your child and for providing additional support when necessary.
You consent to your child’s participation in interactive online sessions, which may involve sharing and discussion.


3. Payment & Refund Policy
This course is a knowledge-based product and requires full payment upon registration.

A full refund is available if requested more than 7 days before the course start date. A 50% refund is available within 7 days before the start date. No refunds will be issued once the course has commenced.


4. Access & Participation
The course is delivered via Zoom and includes recorded sessions available on the learning platform (www.sunnyteens.com) for one month after each session.

Access is limited to registered participants only. Sharing Zoom links or account credentials with others is strictly prohibited.


5. Intellectual Property
All course materials are protected by copyright law and are owned by Sunnyteens Academy or its licensors. Without prior authorization, recording, reproducing, distributing, or reselling course content in any form is strictly prohibited.

Any violation may result in legal action.


6. Privacy & Image Rights
We respect and protect all participants’ privacy. Recording or sharing any identifiable information of other participants is strictly prohibited.

We may use anonymized and non-identifiable information from course discussions, assignments, or feedback for course improvement, training, or research purposes.

Participants are encouraged to engage but may choose whether to turn on their cameras.

Any violation of privacy or image rights will be the sole responsibility of the offending party.

7. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to maintain respectful behavior and not disrupt the learning environment. Sunnyteens Academy reserves the right to remove participants for inappropriate behavior without refund.


8. Assignments & Practice
The course includes assignments and encourages participants to apply learned skills in daily life and engage in discussions.


9. Technology & Force Majeure
Participants are responsible for ensuring stable internet access and appropriate devices.Sunnyteens Academy is not responsible for disruptions caused by technical issues or force majeure.


10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sunnyteens Academy shall not be liable for any direct or indirect consequences arising from participation. Parents are responsible for their child’s mental health and should seek professional help when needed.

11. Modification of Terms
Sunnyteens Academy reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

 

Emotional Resilience Bootcamp Teen Cohort (14–17)

 

Teenage years are not as simple and easy as adults often make them sound: School pressure. Social pressure. Wanting to fit in, but also not wanting to lose yourself trying to be like everyone else.

Nobody really teaches you how to deal with stress, emotions, friendships, pressure, or overthinking.

But somehow, as a teenager, you’re expected to handle all of it at once.

But don't worry, you are not alone on this. 

Emotional Resilience Bootcamp is not another lecture telling you to “just think positive.”

It’s a psychologist-led CBT + DBT skills program designed to help teens learn practical, real-life tools for handling stress, emotions, friendships, school pressure, confidence, and overwhelming thoughts — in a way that actually feels useful in real life.

What this program helps with:

  • Feeling overwhelmed by school, stress, or emotions.
  • Caring too much about other people’s opinions or reactions.
  • Overthinking social situations or awkward moments.
  • Low confidence, self-doubt, or constantly comparing yourself to others.
  • Feeling emotionally exhausted, mentally stuck, or misunderstood.

Leilei Yuan: Licensed Psychotherapist and Certified CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) Therapist

  • Master of Social Work, University of Southern California
  • Current Ph.D. Candidate in Psychology
  • Over 10 years of clinical mental health experience
  • Currently practicing at Kaiser Permanente in the San Francisco Bay Area.
  • Specializes in evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help adolescents and young adults navigate emotional regulation, stress management, and trauma recovery. Also experienced in crisis intervention and clinical assessment, providing professional support in complex emotional and high-risk situations.

Dylan Xing: Clinical Psychologist

  • Holds PSYPACT telepsychology authorization (42 states) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) credential
  • Staff Psychologist at Florida State University
  • Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from George Washington University and Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Johns Hopkins University
  • Completed postdoctoral training in Psychiatry at Yale School of Medicine, with additional clinical training at Yale Health, Duke University, and state judicial systems. Has provided over 6,000 hours of psychotherapy and crisis intervention services.
  • Specializes in integrating Psychodynamic Therapy, CBT, DBT, ACT, and Humanistic Therapy to help adolescents and adults with anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, interpersonal relationships, identity concerns, and cross-cultural adjustment.
