   By registering for the parent membership program, you agree to Sunnyteens Academy’s terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not register for the course.

   The intellectual property rights of the book club and monthly meetings belong to the lecturers or their legal rights holders. No commercial use or sharing of videos or audio is allowed in any form without permission.
    

3. 会员费用必须在报名时或一次性全额支付或按月订阅。即使费用由第三方支付，您也有责任确保付款。作为知识付费产品，父母会员陪伴计划一旦售出，费用不予退款，请仔细考虑再付款。
   The fee for the parent membership program must be paid in full for 12 months or a monthly subscription at the time of registration. You are responsible for the payment, even if the fee is being paid by a third party. As a knowledge-based product, it is non-refundable once sold. Please carefully consider before making a payment.

   Technology Requirements
   This online program is conducted through the Zoom platform. Participating in the program requires you to ensure that you have the proper hardware and software, as well as Wi-Fi access. During the monthly meetings, please ensure that your network connection can have stable access to Zoom.

   Whenever we have knowledge or observe a child, or reasonably suspect, has been the victim of child abuse or neglect, we may be responsible for reporting to the police department, county probation department, or county welfare department. Also, if we have knowledge of a child being subjected to mental suffering or their emotional well-being is endangered, we may also report it.

We truly respect your privacy. This privacy policy applies to the parent membership program through Sunnyteens Academy. It tells our customers what to expect when attending this course and what their rights are concerning of their personal information.    Our book club and the monthly meeting are a knowledge sharing and a discussion of members’ questions. It is not group therapy.

   To make sure that members who miss the book club meeting and monthly meeting can access to video record, we will record our discussions. Only paid members can access these videos.
